Avocado Strawberry Smoothie

At Planthlete we love smoothies! It’s too bad a lot of them contain a lot of sugar. That’s why we created another vegan low-sugar smoothie.

This time with avocado. Avocado makes your smoothie lovely thick and creamy. It almost tastes and looks like a milkshake. Together with some strawberries, which are one of the fruits with the lowest sugar, it is the ultimate smooth ice-cold smoothie. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 100g of strawberries
  • Half an avocado
  • 200ml of (coconut) water
  • A scoop of your favorite (vegan) protein powder

Avocado Strawberry Smoothie

Instructions

  1. Cut up the strawberries and avocado
  2. Throw all your ingredients in a blender
  3. Turn the blender on and blend until you have a smooth consistency without chunks
  4. Pour your smoothie in a glass and top it off with some whole blueberries (and if you want to go crazy, maybe some coconut flakes)
