The most famous smoothie of all time must be the classic green smoothie. The colour of this cup full of antioxidants and leafy greens screams healthy. At Planthlete we love protein smoothies. So we created our own classic green smoothie with a twist. Perfect for bulking!

Ingredients

  • 30g of spinach (One cup)
  • 2 medium banana’s
  • 50g of walnuts
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Scoop Protein powder (I used soy for this recipe)
  • 250ml of plant based milk (I used almond milk)

Instructions

  1. Throw the spinach, bananas, walnuts, avocado, protein powder and plant based milk in the blender.
  2. Blend untill smooth
  3. Ready to serve!
